Apply for IT Operator

We are currently seeking a diligent and skilled IT Operator to join our team. As an IT Operator you will be executing batch flows, monitoring activities health and systems performance using various tools, performing routine checks and provide initial investigation in case of events and systems incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing and monitoring batch flows and scheduled processes
• Continuously monitors the operation of central systems and peripheral applications/systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in the bank’s systems and applications
• Updating and maintaining systems and software

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Preferred/Optional (not required for both):
  • Experience in an IBM z-series system with knowledge and use of MVS Operating System
  • Experience in IBM i-Series system with knowledge and use of Operating System
• Understanding and knowledge of batch flows processes execution
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and Windows operating system
• Ability to diagnose, analyze and solve problems
• Spirit of teamwork and cooperation
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• The working schedule for this position consist of shifts (morning/afternoon/evening) on a 24×7 basis
